We've got 3 dogs. The hairest one, an old Bouvier insists on doing his business out in the tall grass. His hair is so dense that the only place the ticks can latch on is the skin around his eyelids.
Huge Yuck!!! factor.
Our youngest is a poodle and Maltese mutt. The hair that is closest to her skin is super thick and curly. Her tummy is the only place one could see her skin! We are concerned about fleas, ticks and everything that get stuck in her 'body carpet'.
