My first thought was also that it was done by a sign fabrication shop but the question was what font was used, hence my answer. This is after all primarily a computer forum! 
i started out doing sign painter work..... The font shop i linked to is very much a throwback to an old fashioned sign shop (as much as can be for a font foundary) in their design sensibility.
