I think it looks ok.

I spent an hour test driving the Sony and HP Touchscreen PCs at the microsoft store. 24" multitouch screens.

Windows 7 was pretty worthless. My website that has some touch screen design plans in it was ok via Explorer.

But it does not look like a good platform for composing.
