If you are tired but can't sleep:
(1) Place a hot washcloth over your eyes and forehead and let it cool down. Twice or more.
(2) Sit upright in a posture that encourages your shoulders to settle, sink, and relax.
When your eyes and shoulders relax, sleep comes a lot closer.
