Not an option. Service provider is limited to Tmobile. Company buys the phone.

Does your corporation support Android and/or iOS?

Don't make the change without that support.

As these are the phones that IT gave as options and from what I have gotten in talking to others, IT is now supporting Android. There is a real concern that Blackberry may be dead in the near future. On top of that, users are getting really fed up with the outages and other issues with Blackberry.

No brainer, the Blackberry 9360.

Why? Only thing that it has going for it is battery life. It has a small screen, doesn't handle the reading of attachments very well. Currently, I wind up forwarding attachments to my iPhone so that I can read them. The OS seems very outdated and clunky. The 9360 won't support the next RIM OS if and when it's released. IMO, it seems like the device of last choice.
