What Ted said. It doesn't matter whether you're using a two-wrench cheater as you show in the picture, a regular cheater bar, or a longer wrench, the mechanical advantage is the same. I also think you'd have to be crazy to try to break that bolt free like that without using a bunch of PB Blaster and a torch first. It'll be hellish to remove the stud after you break off the bolt head. When you use a torch you should heat the area around the bolt, not the bolt. You want the bolt to be cold and the bolt hole to be hot.
