Is item #1 in a box also ?
A label like that is usually reserved for hardware ( that people throw out - I guess it looks like space filling packing material ).
I'm gonna have to guess tech support is doing everything possible to minimize returns.
(and calls from the "challenged" ) :-)
If you flip that box over does it have a open other end label, too ?
With nice big printing so this doesn't happen ?
unfortunately there are people that struggle with simple things, like opening the right end of a box of cereal.
