Any thoughts on how to open images from a Kodak Photo CD master disc?

Am trying to open some photos from an old Kodak Digital Science Photo CD Master disc.

There are 32 images on the disc, all dated Aug 21, 1997. The file sizes vary from 4.6 to 5.3 MB. I can open tiny images (image size is 64 X 96 pixels, 18kb) using Photoshop CS (version 8.0). I assume this is a thumbnail of the actual image.

Any thoughts on how I might be able to access these files? Have failed when I tried importing one into InDesign CS. Also tried iPhoto, no luck.
