Went to the Apple Store last night because my top button (Sleep button?) wasn't working very well. Had a 7:10 appointment, arrived at 6:40 and was taken care of fairly quickly seeing it was just an exchange. They had a little problems locating my SN in their system (computer issues on their end) but she was still able to take care of me.
