how would you punish this guy?

assuming he's guilty, here is what I would do (and to all people like him)

I would pull one eye out with a corkscrew and then cut one of his testicles and stick in in the empty eye socket. Then I would stretch his penis and lay it on the tracks when the next train comes. Then when the train leaves I would stuff the penis in his ass. I would repeat the corkscrew procedure for the other eye and then I would set him free.
