Replacing glass screen on MBP

A friend brought me her 13" MBP Mid-2009 with a cracked screen, everything works fine, just has a cracked screen. I have never replaced one and ifixit calls it "very difficult". Looking through their directions, it doesn't look that difficult, just time consuming. The only hard part looks like the removal of the old screen because of the glue.

Anyone done this fix?

This is not the same friend that showered with her MBP, BTW.
