Here's a different, but related Outlook 2011 question:
In Outlook (PC), I can view Calendar items and sort by size, thereby finding large attachments easily. This is great for pruning my Exchange mailbox.
I can't figure out any way to do this (or even sort by "with attachments") in Outlook (or Mail, for that matter).
Here is an answer from a Microsoft Support Engineer:
"Outlook 2011 does not support attaching items to calendar appointments. Hence the calendar entries will not contain any attachments in them for us to search and delete it.
Attachments are only part of emails. To view them click to select the folder. Click on the View tab, go to Arrange By and click to select Attachments."
This makes no sense to me - I receive meetings with attachments, and I can send attachments as part of a meeting, also.
Any suggestions?
