"Pictures of Lily", Substitute", "Magic Bus" etc....you compare that to "Who Are You" and the dross that followed. I'm sorry, I've been a Who fan since 1965, by 1970 they were done.

Don't feel bad, a lot of bands nosed over then, the Rolling Stones after "Gimme Shelter" The Faces, etc etc.

And if they had stopped after Tommy, they would not only not be my favorite band, but I would probably lump them together with Herman's Hermits, Eric Burdon and the Animals, and 1910 Fruitgum Company in my head.
