Wow! Where do I find one of these machines with over 1TB of RAM! The Mac Pro tops out at 64GB. Upgradeable RAM is nice and all, if you don't have the foresight to max it out in the beginning, but honestly, there are no guarantees the regular MBP will support more than 16GB anyway. When and if denser chips become available, maybe it will, but maybe it won't either...
A minijack audio input seems like more of a convenience than a "Pro" feature. If I was doing any "Pro" work with audio, I'd probably want a more professional audio input anyway.
Just some thoughts. I'll probably never buy a Retina simply because I mostly use an external monitor anyway, so it'd be a waste. I'd really like to see a quad-core 13" something though.
