Spent a very large part of my life eating Calrose Brown Rice .
Then much later imported Jasmine Rice from Thailand.
Currently eating several varieties of Brown Rice here in the Philippines some of it
Organically grown.
Growing up in the San Gabriel Valley through the 50's and 60's I likely
inhaled enough lead and carbon monoxide to kill a horse.
I admit I may already be a mutant *(:>*
I agree Frank all rice should be rinsed ~!~
Although I am very strict about the water to rice ratio.
It has always been 2 cups of water or a little less for 1 cup of brown rice.
