my favorite version
My Star Wars Day is May 25th. That's when we caught the second show of the original movie in 1977. They handed out small "May the force be with you" buttons (which I'm still trying to get back from girlfriend at the time). My friends and I had seen the preview full page ad in the NY Times which featured an Imperial Storm Trooper and we decided on the spot that we wouldn't miss this one. (btw - I think the series reached full concept/effects blossom in Attack of the Clones)
