[The Limo Fire] Why did it happen?

I haven't even seen any details of what was actually burning, gasoline, something in the trunk, something in the passenger section. I'd rather not speculate.

Thanks-- was wondering if the info was out there and I'd just missed it.
Was also looking to gauge whether this is more of a common thing or more of a 'freak' accident; it's possible to list possible causes without speculating (I think....)
