Apple to announce replacement for MacPro lineup last month

They were supposedly poised to announce it last September, along with the iMacs, but had supply-chain problems. Notably, Intel has not been able to ramp up production of the high-end CPUs. (Along with Apple, HP has supposedly been screwed by Intel's revised production schedule.)

The rumor about an April release was a good guess. Apple usually announces new products at certain times of year. If not February then April. If not April then June...
