So what you're saying is, they can charge that much because people who usually take the class get their employers to pay for it?
Yes, check this out. It's vocational training conducted by the Sacramento City Unified School District.
The prices are breathtaking compared to what the local community college charges for similar programs.
There is no way that these students are paying for this themselves.
