A little over 3 weeks ago we found "The House"... Won't get into details but it was a long shot but was able to get approval, make an offer, and sign a purchase agreement (Without our current house being sold first). For 2-1/2 weeks we purged, cleaned and fixed what we could in order to put our home up for sale. About 7 showings, one open house and less than six days later (when it officially was listed) we have a strong offer (over asking), conventional and from someone who appreciates all my hard work!!!
Purchase Agreement just signed!!! YAY!!! Had to share!
Now, to get packing and moved out in a few weeks.
