Seems like one of these pops up every 4-5 months, across the entire DoD - Navy, Marines, Air Force, Army for this one.

WTF are these people thinking?? (for those of us who remain - being a COR is a major PITA now, thanks to these folks - hope they rot for a good, long while...)
