What's a good choice in a thin/cheap digital camera?

I'm looking for something not too fancy, not so expensive I have to worry about it constantly, but that's really thin and takes nice pictures.

I have a 5MP Nikon 5400 and a 4 MP Canon S40 for my "good" pictures.

This is more of a knockaround camera, when I don't want all the bulk of those.

iPhoto compatibility is important too.
