The 1967 Ferrai 275 GTB/4*S N.A.R.T. Spider just sold for ....
#8
I would have bid, but my garage is already overflowing, and anyway, there are some terrific deals going on in the yacht market.

For instance: because of the collapse of the One-Design fleets, Santana 35s are going for a third of what they went for only three years ago. A local Palmer Johnson 37 was listed, and quickly sold for $17k. ("Palmer Johnson" was what the boats were called in the US until the the Nautor Swan brand was firmly established. Regardless of what the boat was called, there were only 69 made over a several year period.)
Oh, if you are of a nautical bent, sailboatdata.com is a treasure, constantly updated with hard facts, and not in the least bit obnoxious. For example:

Enough messing about in boats... The new owner will no doubt have to clear out some garage space for the NART Spider, so a good deal might be made on a Daytona Spider or a Lusso in the near future, but that won't be me, because I just don't have the garage space for another Ferrari. (He said, tongue planted firmly in cheek.)
