As for me I only have them as the ISP, zero TV service. Much simpler.
One of their flunkies replied to the post. I emailed back and told him Comcast is not worth any more of my time, but if they will have an experienced tech--not a contract stringer--at my house at a time certain, and at no charge to me, I will give them one more chance. Five minutes late, he can just pick up the gear on my doorstep, as I will not need it any longer.
They can take those terms or leave them. Frankly, I hope they leave them. This isn't worth the hassle and I have other options.
