I'm not sure what you consider affordable, but I've seen a bunch of Mondials for less than $30k, roughly equal to prices asked for old Dino 308GT4s. The Mondial is a much better car.
There are also the 400GTs. Until very recently, a good one only fetched ~$15k, mostly because of the 4 seats, the auto trans, and the fear of modern V12 complexity. Also the gray market factor.
But I think that the old prancing horses have passed through the trough of the current downturn; prices are definitely creeping back up.

(Have you considered a yacht? Around here, prices are still dropping; a Santana 35 is now going for less than half of what was asked only two years ago. Plastic Classics of less than 25' are pretty much being given away, unless they have a trailer.)
