Was cleaning out a shed for a friend and came across this old Holley Carb - anybody able to ID it or knwo if there's any value to it?

Number on the butterfly: 410
Number on the side of the top of the body: 3671199 / 0043 / LIST 6231




Also - any ideas on the appropriate make and model for this rim?
