talking about HBO, I checked my Comcast options: too good to be true?

This is what I pay. only limited channels (about 25 or so), no HBO or other premium channels



and this is what they offer, see that includes some form of HBO and is only slightly more ($4.90) than what I pay now. perhaps fewer channels than what I get now.
