I don't agree.

To be sure, that's just a guess on my part, and could be completely wrong.

I watched it on my little phone before commenting-- looked to me like they clipped the curb 2/3 times (the phone's speaker may have been part of that) but watching it big with good sound, I still see some horrible judgment/ poor control of the vehicle their. There's some sort of impairment IMO.

But either way, there need to be consequences.
