You can't blame them for not fixing a problem that they can't reproduce huh?
Let me remind everyone that the FIRST time I took it a week or two ago with the same problem, they replaced the power supply. It was no muss no fuss. They didn't reproduce the problem. They didn't do anything at all...except replace the power supply...ON MY WORD. So apparently that "fixing something that they can't reproduce" is an entirely subjective rule.
Add to that, I hooked the monitor back up this morning. Worked on it for about an hour and the screen flashed.
