ebay sellers--beware of the auto opt-in to global shipping program

Where exactly do you see this???

I just listed something for sale today, it's the first thing I have put on eBay since the middle of 2012 and there are certainly a lot of changes since the last time I created a listing.

I did have to accept some update but don't see anything about "Global Shipping"
