Remember, flopping looks plain silly when video recording devices are present.
Starting to see more progress in the belly on the near sides. Still not where I want to be in certain pockets of weight. Trying to stay steady.
Last week: 3 upper body workouts.
This week: 2 upper body, some elliptical work.
