Mavericks is the buggiest POS OS since 7.5.2

I'm on 10.9.2 and have had absolutely zero problems. Granted, I'm on a 6 month old Macbook that's quite decked out, and I don't have a ton of crap installed.

But I can truly say that I don't think I've had any crashes at all, ever on it.

I've had some issues with Mail, but I'm not sure I'd blame Mavericks, itself, for that.
