Thanks, it's been awhile since I'd heard that commented on. I'd heard a few years ago California was a one party consent state, but I'm not surprised at that no longer being the case.
I've lived here my entire life; this has been the law for as long as I can remember.

(I know of which I speak -- I was one of those weird kids who read the phone book for fun.) Can't remember where I heard it. Sounds like it was bad information. Good thing I never had to tape anybody. Smile
