You've got to be kidding. First, most of the advanced tech stuff flows from Israel to the U.S. for the past decade+. Second, the Observer is just using a minor visa issue to vent some more anti-Israel, anti-Jewish hatred, for which they are famous. Third, China and Russia (among others) engage in huge wholesale spying against us and probably each have more people engaged in it than the entire population of tiny country of Israel.
