Burning a few Anabaptists to promote the cause of Global Warming is a bit of a stretch, from where this link originated, but there is more to it.
The etching was done by the now-obscure Dutch engraver Jan Luyken, for a series of books about religious persecution. Given the subject matter and location, his "Tower Of Babel" might be more appropriate:
