You need to migrate the stuff you may need in the future NOW instead of moving it to old machines that will soon die anyway.
I use to use entourage, but switched to mail back at the beginning of 10.5 or 10.6. You can export that stuff and import into mail then dump the old entourage database.
And do whatever it takes to rescue those appleworks docs now while you still can.
