98 LIncoln Navigator lost power steering

All the repair manuals I found for this vehicle needed a payment or registration to read.

I would guess either the belt tensioner failed and the pulley is not turning, or a shear pin somewhere in the input (pulley to shaft, or shaft to pump) broke.
