That's good man. It's all about consistency. That can be hard when you got a lot of distractions (like life).
This week my goal is to burn at least a thousand calories a day bicycling to give my legs a break from running. Yesterday I did 25.5 miles at a hurried pace (1606 calories). I've found a route that kinda hugs the bay in Oakland and over into Alameda where I don't have to stop too much. My problem comes when I pass something that I want to take a picture of.
