Renewal Notices with Parking Violations

After hours of being put on hold, callbacks and accessing three websites I finally reached a human being on the other side of the phone. They had a picture of my car in a carpool lane which had become an XpressLane unbeknownst to me at the time. The reason why I got such a large penalty was because I had missed 2 notices of payment. They were sent to an old address, which had been changed over a year ago BUT AAA got it messed up ... now I have learned :banghead:
