As a diabetic, I never make dessert. What is a simple one to make for guests?

Pound cake (store bought) + strawberries + whipped cream = You don't have to bake a thing.
My parents usually do this as my mom doesn't bake as much anymore. I'm watching calories,
but I love this occasionally with coffee after dinner and on special occasions. Angel food cake
cuts the calories even more.
