As a diabetic, I never make dessert. What is a simple one to make for guests?

a BIG second recommendation on Zabaglione. the French Sabayon.

it's crazy easy and soooooo delicious. you can make it as sweet as you like, and I like it less sweet, more savory.

and it's gone rather quickly, so no temptations long after.
