Most states haven't set a THC threshold for impairment
This is the key reason that a lot of DWS arrests aren't fully prosecuted or prosecuted at all.
It's not mandatory to have threshold established by statue but it makes prosecution much easier.
It may be that video will be a much greater component in convictions than it is traditional DUI arrests.
Apropos of nothing, there's a problem in CA (and elsewhere no doubt) that having a cannabis card is perceived by many as a license to drive while loaded.
