They cut Eureka, their top-rated show that made a profit because it wasn't making ENOUGH profit.
Eureka had the same problems as Warehouse 13, and add to that the same story repeated over and over again with the same resolution in practically every episode.

I think the people who enjoyed it after the first season were watching primarily because of the sense of familiarity and lack of stressful suspense.

But turning off your brain for an hour isn't healthy. That show went on for several seasons too long.
