I don't disagree that the bump costs that much, but I was speaking to the cost of the part. I do disagree on the difference in class—both iPhone and iPad are tablets. The point of my whole post was to show that the price discrepancy between the size of the tablet and the cost of components doesn't correlate. Apple just has bigger margins on the phone.
