Apple Store is down again. Fresh refurbs on the way?

While checking out Refurb prices on iPads, I found these:

Fry's is blowing out the last generation, new, 16GB Minis with Cellular/GPS for $299.
That's $10 cheaper than the Applestore Refurb price.

I'm awfully tempted...
(I really want the GPS bits.)
