And often the structure has to be examined to see if integrity has been compromised.
A while back, a tractor's trailer hit an overpass and knocked a lot of concrete off onto the highway. Two lanes were closed backing up traffic for miles and hours, after the tractor/trailer was long gone.
My question is- what triggers these STOP signs? Is a laser or some sensor detecting that the trailer is too tall for that tunnel?
