Best thermometer?

What JB said... we have a couple, not from HF, but from other online cheapo sources, that work OK, IOW we're not excited about 'em, but for $10-$20 ea, they give an accurate enough approximation of the desired temps... pretty sure they're close enough for government work... similar to this... Arctic Star , only on sale for about half the price... as an example
