where to source RJ45 and RJ11 keystone jacks for wall install?

I used the Leviton because that's what my Home Despot had in builder's packs. They worked okay. FWIW... adding a run of RG-6 to each outlet may be a good idea as well.(use those quad keystone plates, you can have one RJ-11, two RJ-45, and one F-Type )

Just don't make the mistake my builder made and not leave enough slack in the cable 'closet' (or basement wall) for a patch panel or equivalent. I've had to go wild with jumpers, and it looks like a schizophrenic cat with an IT hobby was playing in there.
