Greek salad. A real Greek salad: cukes, tomato (very ripe), some red onion and feta cheese. add olive oil. I can eat that every day.
bean and corn salad: add tomato, cilantro, red onion. all diced. also can eat this on every day.
many middle eastern type salads, such as tabbouleh, fattoush, anything wtih chickpeas.
bread salad, watermelon salad, tomato and corn salad..
