Under Send and Receive, there's nothing there now. B/c I'm not signed in with my Apple ID. If I sign in, it shows my Apple ID, my daughter's, my phone number and the new UK phone number. But my phone number is greyed out and not selectable.
Maybe turn iMessage off, restart the phone, and see what happens then. iMessage is really finicky sometimes.
Heh. Believe me. I've done the turn things off and on and restart dance several times already. No dice.
Well damn. None of this makes any sense, but I am sure you knew that anyway.
I guess the best thing would be to get your wife to sign out, set up her own Apple ID, sign back in with that, and hope that frees yours up.
That's the plan.
